At Outpickz, we work with a network of trusted global suppliers and manufacturers to deliver quality products directly to your doorstep. As a dropshipping-based store, shipping times and logistics may differ from traditional online stores. Please review our policies below before placing your order.
After placing an order, processing typically takes 2-5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly due to increased demand. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery may vary due to customs delays, local postal service disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Once your item is shipped, we will provide a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow 5-7 days after dispatch for the tracking info to become active. You can monitor your parcel's journey using the provided link.
Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. Don't worry - all items will be delivered!
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may reattempt or contact you directly. If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned or destroyed per courier policies. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
If your item arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contactoutpickz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our partners to resolve the issue quickly—either by reshipping or issuing a refund (subject to verification).
While most orders won't incur additional charges, in rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the delivery location. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
