Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed by our supplier, it cannot be changed or canceled.
